END-OF-LIFE DOULA CONSULTATION
Our End-of-Life (Death) Doula helps individuals feel more prepared and at peace with death and dying, which ultimately allows a more full presence in life.
Consultations may include working towards creating a unique comfort care plan, talking to achieve a better understanding of death, helpful resources, or starting a legacy project. You will also have a relationship with an end-of-life doula who can serve as your support in the future.
This service is perfect for those who are thinking of hiring an end-of-life doula in the future, contend with death anxiety, or would like to feel more prepared around end of life issues, no matter how near or far away that is. It is very common to leave this session with a sense of lightness and peace.
LEGACY PROJECTS

A legacy project is a physical creation of something that shares your personality, values, and memories for generations to come. This serves as an incredible gift to yourself and your loved ones.
For those who:
Want to document their stories, share their beliefs and ethics, and create a way to be remembered by family and loved ones.
Example legacy projects:
-
Life Interview: Answering guided questions about different events and moments in your life, as well as lessons learned and beliefs acquired. This can be done filmed with a camera, or recorded as a sound file.
-
Ethical Will: Filling out a will-type document that is all about your beliefs, morals, and wisdom that you would like to share.
-
Scrapbook and/or picture book: Sorting through photos and picking out favorites that you’d like to compile into a book. This could include captions of who is in the photo, and blurbs about what was happening at that time.
-
Letters: Writing letters for the important people in your life. This could include a series of letter to be opened on special occasions like birthdays or a wedding.
-
Recipe Box: Collecting and organizing recipes in a way that will allow them to be clear and shareable.
-
An art project : Creating a painting or collage for your family to have. This is a great option if you don’t feel you have the energy to talk a lot.
