MEDICAL QIGONG

Medical Qigong is an ancient medical art that involves gentle movements and deep breathing to align body-mind-heart-spirit and to promote movement and circulation of Qi (vitality) through the body. It helps build immunity and strength while also promoting relaxation and harmony within the body and spirit.  You will be guided through simple, easy movements, postures, and breath regulation, and you will accumulate a routine for your own daily practice.
