PAYMENT POLICY
24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged the full session fee.
Applepucture is an out-of-network provider. Many insurance plans offer reimbursement for acupuncture services. ​Coverage varies by plan. If you fill out the insurance verification form (button above), we will verify your benefits prior to your first visit and submit claims on your behalf. HSA and FSA accounts are also accepted.
